Job description
 Actively take part in the definition, the implementation and the achievement of strategies defined by the MD
 Propose the necessary means to reach company’s targets: human resources, technical or financial supports
 Propose capital investment projects
 In accordance with the company’s procedures, approve purchases
 Monitor China’s new policies in terms of administration, economy, law
 Supervise and coordinate annual budget targets: turnover, margins, administrative expenses, sales, products, R&D…
 Provide monthly business reporting, results analysis and updated budgets
 In accordance with Chinese labor laws, manage the company’s national human resources: contracts, salary policy, performance     review, annual objectives and bonus
 Animate staff meeting and write reports
 Represent the company in relation to the bank and to local authorities
 Propose any action aimed at improving the company’s running or its results

Knowledge/Experience
 Leadership, profit & marketing oriented
 Proven analytical and managerial skills (at least 3 years of experience in management)

要求
 本科学历
 有纺织行业学历或工作经验者优选
 有一定的分析能力
