Recycling

●  Collection and transportation
All kinds of protective clothing can be collected and transported by professional closed cargo vehicles
●  Receive and classification
Experts will observe the garment appearance,and indicate the location that need to be patched. At the same time,to prevent the secondary contamination ,the clothing      should be packaged into different special laundry bags according to clothing types and working environment 

Washing
●  Tracking system
To avoid the loss clothing function due to wrong information , all recycled clothing need to be confirmed using information for classification before washing maintenance,meanwhile, adding special maintenance bar code for clothing separately.
●  Washing
Use different detergents and set the washing temperature and times according to the clothing smudgy degree and the working environment. The used clothing under special environment will be special treatment ,such as radioactive contamination removal and decontamination soaking .

Setting different drying temperature and time when drying different protective clothing.
●  Testing
●  According to the type of clothing to do protective performance tests, apply for microbiological quality testing after washing in accordance with the European EN14056 of textile lavation  industry standard .

●  All the repairing materials which used to clothing can't damage the original protective function, and the sewing thread must be aramid in sewing process.
●  In order to ensure the traceable information for every clothing in detail , all repair reasons ,repair locations ,materials and other detailed records should be carefully recorded in the process of repair.

●  Bar code and buttons tracker management to ensure information security and accurate for clothing. And detailed record clothing varieties, production manufacturers, production date, type, service life period, each maintenance projects,the used frequency and the working environment.
 
Transport

●  Packaging
Labeling after each piece of clothes and trousers to be respectively packaged with bags encapsulation, then, implementation secondary packaging and appending a detailed list which record the maintenance projects and details of clothing.

●  Clothing will be sent back to by the specific mode of transportation according to the customer request, but also providing transportation service to ensure customers receiving special timeliness.
